Obverse: ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA F D (Elizabeth II by the grace of god queen defender of the faith). Third portrait of Elizabeth II, crowned with the royal diadem, RDM on truncation for designer Raphael Maklouf, denomination 100 POUNDS below. Reverse: ONE OUNCE FINE GOLD 1997 BRITANNIA, Britannia standing in a chariot drawn by two horses, she holds the reins in her left hand and a trident in her right, PN behind chariot for designer Philip Nathan. Mint State/Proof FDC.
